This site is run for your use. It should also be used as a way of communication between staff, players and fans.

Shocked

I am looking for someone to get involved as a matchday secretary with the club. The role will consist of dealing with some of the paperwork involved with running the club, such as registration forms, Yellow/Red Card notices for players, weekly score sheets.

This role will not be involved with fixture notifications or correspondence with the league or Hampshire FA.

The use of a computer and email is essential.

Please let Dougie know if you are interested in this position, or know of anyone who might be.

Locksheath played Hamble ASSC (Wessex Premier Division) last night and drew 2-2 both goals from Ash Howard. locksheath 1st team played a very good game, which frustrated the wessex league opponents 1st team. A quick throw on the right hand side, followed by a tempting ball in from Mark Christie saw Ash Howard rise onto it and head into the far corner 0-1.

Second half and Hamble came out strong, and soon put too much pressure on the back 3 of lockheath forcing miscommunication between defence and goalkeeper, leaving the hamble forward to slot it into an empty net 1-1.

2 mintes later Hamble came in Again latching on to a loose ball in the area and poked it into the top corner 2-1.

After a few more substitutions Locksheath reverted to a back 4 and began to stop the rot. Locksheath started to push the ball around and began to knock it wide again. Another cross into the box saw Baz Snelling take a wild swing and missed the ball completely, for it to fall to Ash Howard who composed infront of goal Slotted in the equalizer 2-2.

As you are probably aware, Sporting BTC and Bishops Waltham Town have merged for the 08/09 season. They will be renamed BTC FC and play their matches at the Bishops Waltham ground, Priory Park, Elizabeth Way, Bishops Waltham.
